Is the Joke Worth Taking?
Monday, February 6th, 2006My post of a few weeks ago, written with my tongue firmly implanted in my cheek, discussed the reasons why Christians were the brunt of our secular society’s jokes. The gist of the post was that Christians were basically the only religious group right now that was relatively safe to pick on. I even had a comment to the effect that one would have to be crazy to make jokes about the Moslems in the current world situation.
Well, as the above cartoon shows, the world has not taken my advice.
