The Wandering Heretic is the personal blog site of Joe Morovich (aka., Kwai Chang Caine).
“Caine” is a CPA (non-practicing) who works as a consultant for a software support company. He is the father of two children (one in college, the other in just out of high school). Both are/were home-schooled by his wife, Janice. In that endeavor, Caine was of little use but to keep the house from being repossessed. The character and quality of his children (and both are very high) are entirely due to his wife’s faith, perseverance, and love (and God’s overcoming of his many defects).
He has been a Christian for over 30 years and has spent much of that time reading, studying, and generally making himself obnoxious at Bible studies. His family attends a Vineyard church. In spite of his church attendance, Caine was raised Roman Catholic, leans more toward the Episcopal end of the spectrum liturgically, agrees with Calvin theologically, but thinks Luther was a lot more fun.
Also, those are not the clothes he wears everyday. He does, however, carry a bamboo flute in his computer backpack just for effect.
